Cave POS Desktop is an offline-first application. Your business data is stored locally on your own device, and you control backups and restores.

Data we process

• Products, customers, and sales data entered by your team.
• User account information for access control inside your local app.
• Operational settings such as backup preferences and receipt configuration.

Data sharing

The app does not require cloud sync to operate. If you export, back up, print, or share files, those actions are controlled by you.

Security

• Use strong owner credentials and rotate passwords regularly.
• Store recovery keys offline in a secure location.
• Keep encrypted backups and protect host machines with OS-level security.
