Before contacting support
- Create a manual backup from Settings > Backup & Restore.
- Capture the app version from the login or settings footer.
- Note your OS version and the exact steps to reproduce the issue.
Common actions
- Check for updates from Settings > Others > Check for Updates.
- Use the Owner Recovery Key flow when credentials are lost.
- Verify printer fallback output if a thermal printer is unavailable.
